CANDIDATE MAPPING

In order to understand consistency between client expectations and market offer. Market mapping is the art of using competitive intelligence to understand how many candidates are in the market, their basin, their average level of competences, skills, seniority, salary, and what the job-to-candidate ratio is – and then using all of that information to identify the best approach for our sourcing strategy.

THREE LEVELS OF INTERVIEWS

Following the desk search of profiles aligned with the client job description, when we find a talented candidate he has to go through 3 interviews, the last one with one of our Managing Directors.

CALIBRATION SET

In the first 3 weeks of the search, we identify a calibration set of candidates that we discuss with the client. Following the calibration meeting, we then prepare a short list of selected candidates generally by the end of the fifth week. We usually close the search delivering successful results in 8-10 weeks.

HIRING OF THE CANDIDATE

When the client selects a candidate, we support the client gathering professional formal references and then with the negotiation phase, assuring a smooth and pleasant induction into the new role.
